Packaging
We choose the best and healthiest orchids in our inventory to ensure that it arrives at your door in its best condition. We take tremendous care in packing every single one of our plants no matter how big or small your order is. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the safe arrival of spikes or blooms due to harsh handling by shipping companies.
Shipping Information
We ship to the continental United States, with the exception of Arizona. UPS is used unless you request otherwise. We ship Mondays and Tuesdays for the arrival of your plants before the weekend. All orders placed on Wednesdays through Sundays may be delayed to the following week at our discretion.
We highly recommend shipping to an address that can immediately receive the package to avoid extended exposure to heat and cold if left at the front door.

Shipping Cost
All items are shipped via UPS. The cost is determined by the weight of the orchid(s) in your order and your distance from our greenhouse in Lakeland, Florida. Our goal is for your order to arrive by Friday of that week.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.
Sales Tax
As our business is located in Florida, we need to collect Florida Sales Tax.
If you reside outside of Florida, no sales tax is applied to your total.

Orchids depend on the many skills of the grower including proper care, watering, fertilizing, disease control, and weather conditions. The growth and flowering depends on temperature, humidity, and light. All these factors are the buyer's responsibility and risk.
