Cattleya violacea are warm growing orchids and can be grown in a regular pot, in a hanging basket or mounted to cypress, cedar, cork or tree fern.
These babies all come from seed and will take some years before they bloom. The parents are in the first photo, while the others are a good representation of a seedling from that flask.
